Information about this solution
"Qwikify captures information about service users into a single source of truth and uses it to generate person-centred care plans and assessments in minutes. Care staff can add further personalisation and Qwikify seamlessly merges all the updates.
Our unique approach saves staff time.
Because care plans are updated from a single source of truth, our approach also improves quality and compliance because multiple documents can be updated simultaneously from the same source. By taking care staff through a structured workflow to create and review care plans Qwikify can help improve quality and consistency without sacrificing personalisation.
Agile approaches facilitate flexibility and responsiveness to change, customer involvement, feedback and continuous improvement. Our platform’s unique features enable an agile approach to care planning."
About the Supplier
Qwikify
"Qwikify started as a project to develop an in-house digital care planning system for a UK care home provider. The goal of the Qwikify team was to address the challenges of creating and maintaining care plans and assessments. Care staff were taking up to 8 hours spread out over several days to create a new set of care plans on paper and maintaining the consistency and quality of the records was a challenge. The Qwikify team worked with care staff to develop the platform and were able to make a substantial time saving over the previous manual paper care planning system.
Qwikify is an innovate technology company founded from the care sector. We thrive on developing creative solutions to help deliver better care."
